Thanks to everyone who attended the Member Meeting on August 26th. Here are the minutes of that meeting.

**9/1/21 - The original minutes are posted below; however, there is an amendment to this document due to an inaccuracy that was documented therein. In regard to being able to "opt out" of a Volunteer position, member families can opt-out. To do this they will need to pay $50 per regular season rodeo and $50 for the Finals rodeo. The entire amount will need to be paid up-front before the contestant can compete. **

All rule changes discussed in the meeting have been updated in the rule book. All rule changes or additions have been highlighted. Please pay close attention to the new Volunteer rule.
