New way to enter rodeos 8/20/2024

The rodeo management system that we have been using for the last three years has switched over to an app. The app is called RodeoReady and you will need to download the app from either the app store or google play. Then you can just search for UYRA in the app to start your membership process and start entering rodeos.

Volunteer Updates - 3/29/22

Thank you to our volunteers! We cannot put on a rodeo without volunteers. Please be sure to check your volunteer assignment by clicking on the pdf below. If you cannot fulfill your assignment, please make sure you find a replacement. And, of course, if you see somewhere that needs help - we appreciate you jumping in!

Updates -10/1/21

As we have assessed volunteer assignments, we have made a few changes. Updated volunteer jobs are posted below. Families who did not volunteer for a position were assigned one. Jobs are assigned for the entire season - both fall and spring rodeos. Please remember that if you cannot fulfill your volunteer job, it is your responsibility to find a replacement. If you do not show up for your job, you will be assessed a $50 fine that will need to be paid before your contestant(s) can enter the following rodeo. If you have concerns or questions, please contact Gary Grant, UYRA President directly at 801-710-9673.

Updates - 8/26/21

Thanks to everyone who attended the Member Meeting on August 26th. Here are the minutes of that meeting.

**9/1/21 - The original minutes are posted below; however, there is an amendment to this document due to an inaccuracy that was documented therein. In regard to being able to "opt out" of a Volunteer position, member families can opt-out. To do this they will need to pay $50 per regular season rodeo and $50 for the Finals rodeo. The entire amount will need to be paid up-front before the contestant can compete. **

All rule changes discussed in the meeting have been updated in the rule book. All rule changes or additions have been highlighted. Please pay close attention to the new Volunteer rule. To sign up for a volunteer job, please TEXT  McKenzie Gammon at 801-833-3208. Here is a copy of which volunteer jobs are open and which have been taken. Check this page often for updates.
